MILFORD — No one was injured when a Metro North train and a car collided Friday afternoon.
The collision happened about 1 p.m. at the Oronoque Road crossing, said Aaron Donovan, spokesman for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
The signals at the crossing were functioning normally, he said.
The train had left from Waterbury and was headed to Bridgeport, he said. It is unlikely to affect the evening commute, Donovan said.
