Every week, lawyers from the Haymond Law Firm join FOX CT’s Morning Extra to answer your legal questions. This week, attorney Kim Sudnick visited the program.

This week’s viewer question comes from Ralph of South Windsor. He writes: “Last October I was in a motorcycle accident. A car turned left and hit me while going straight. After the car and motorcycle crashed my speedometer was frozen above the speed limit so they gave me a ticket. I was seriously injured and the insurer for the car will not pay my property damage or my medical bills. What can I do? How can I prove I was not speeding?”

Attorneys from the Haymond Law Firm share their expertise with viewers as they submit their legal questions on a number of different topics every Tuesday on FOX CT’s Morning Extra. If you would like to know more about attorney John Haymond and his firm, go to www.haymondlaw.com.
