The suspected shooter from a late-January club shooting in Hartford was apprehended Friday by Hartford Police, according to a police report.
In the report, Deputy Chief Brian J. Foley said the Hartford Police responded to a shots fired report at 3019 Main Street around 1:45 a.m. January 25. Police found a 33-year-old male victim with a single gunshot wound in the right forearm.
During the course of the investigation at the bar, police developed several witness and a suspect, according to Foley’s report. The suspect, Bobby Fair of Hartford, was thrown out of the bar after an altercation with security. He returned with a gun and fired a random shot into the crowded dance floor and hit one victim.
Police obtained an arrest warrant on March 12 with a $750,000 bond, according to Foley.
Bobby Fair was arrested March 14 on the charges of Assault in the 1st Degree, Carry a Pistol without a Permit, Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm, Criminal Possession of a Firearm and Reckless Endangerment in the 1st Degree.
