A West Hartford family will have to wait a few more days for a Boston judge to make a custody ruling about their daughter.
Judge Joseph Johnston was expected to decide on the custody of 15-year-old Justina Pelletier by Friday March 21.
Instead, the family’s attorney told Fox CT that the judge’s decision was postponed once again.
Now, he says the Johnston will fax his decision to the attorneys before the close of business on Tuesday.
Justina has been in Massachusetts state custody since a diagnostic dispute at Boston Children’s Hospital more than a year ago.
