Nghi Le of Brace Road was arrested Friday, the day he turned 66, and was charged with first-degree sexual assault and second-degree unlawful restraint, police said.
According to Deputy Chief Brian Foley, Nghi is accused of luring the woman to The Connecticut Coalition of Mutual Assistance Associations at 143 Madison Ave. under the guise of helping her with her citizenship.
He offered his services in exchange for sexual intercourse and allegedly sexually assaulted the woman, Foley said. He then restrained her, he said.
If the allegations are true, there may be other victims who have yet to come forward, Foley said.
