High pressure will build across the region this weekend with increasing sunshine and seasonable temperatures.

The high pressure system moves off shore on Monday. That will allow for some clouds to increase ahead of the next storm that will affect the Northeast Monday night and Tuesday with a band of moderate to heavy rain.  The storm moves away late on Tuesday with more high pressure and sunshine returning by Wednesday and Thursday of next week.

Overnight: Clear, brisk & chilly.  LOW: 25-30.  Wind: WNW 5-15 mph.

Sunday:  Sunny and pleasant. High: 55-60.  Wind: W 5-10 mph

Sunday Night: Clear.  Low: 30

Monday: Increasing clouds with the high near 60

Monday Night:  Rain could be heavy at times. Low: 40s

Tuesday:  Rain ending in the morning, mostly cloudy with some sun in the afternoon, chance for an afternoon shower. High: 60s.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny, blustery and cooler.  High: 50s.
