  • Starts May 30th and runs for 9 days, closing on June 7th
  • Connecticut’s longest-running film festival
  • Connecticut’s largest LGBT cultural event
  • Hartford’s major gay pride month event
  • Most film screenings take place at Cinestudio on the campus of Trinity College in Hartford
  • Closing night films screening at Spotlight Theatres on Front Street and the Wadsworth Atheneum, with the Closing Night party in the Wadsworth’s courtyard, with food, beverages, and dancing
  • Hosting several premieres, including the U.S. premiere of the feature film Of Girls and Horses and the International Premiere of Queen of Amsterdam (the film’s very first screening outside of the Netherlands)
  • Lots of actors and film directors will be visiting, from as far as Brazil to Toronto and the Netherlands to Los Angeles.

  •       Burning Blue – Co-Writer Helene Kvale lives in West Hartford and is a UConn professor.
  • A Self-Made Man – An intimate portrait of transgender youth advocate and Connecticut native Tony Ferraiolo.
  • You’re Dead To Me (short film) – Producer Melissa Haizlip was raised in New Haven, and still has deep family roots in Connecticut
