MILFORD — State prosecutors on Tuesday filed additional charges against Scott Gellatly, the Oxford man accused of fatally shooting his wife and seriously wounding her mother.
State’s Attorney Kevin D. Lawlor filed court papers charging Gellatly with seven counts that included charges of murder, criminal attempt to commit murder, first-degree assault, home invasion, first-degree robbery and first-degree burglary. He had previously been charged with the murder and attempted murder counts.
During a brief hearing In Superior Court on Tuesday, Gellatly pleaded innocent to all charges and waived his right to a probable-cause hearing.
