Three Oxford schools are dismissing school early due to a water main break which affected water lines at the schools.

The superintendent’s office in Oxford confirmed the dismissal on their website:

Quaker Farms School, Oxford Center School and Great Oak Middle School will be dismissing on a regular early dismissal due to a water main break on Christian Street. No afternoon Pre-K and Kindergarten.  There will be no after school activities at Quaker Farms School and Great Oak Middle School.  A decision regarding Oxford Center’s evening concert will made later this afternoon.  The buses for Oxford High School may be running late.
