Jena Greaser A Barkhamsted Native Was Breed To Be A Pro Mountain Biker

Jena Graeser has been on two wheels almost as long as she has been walking on two feet. The Barkhamsted native grew up exploring the local woods so the natural progression to mountain biking was inevitable. After concentrating on running in her adolescence Jena rejuvenated her love of biking while competing in triathlons.  At the University of Connecticut while in the biking program she began to focus on competitive mountain biking. She has raced from New England to Pennsylvania and even California. This summer she will compete in Colorado Springs June 28-29 at a Pro Cross Country Tour Race as well as The Massachusetts State Championship June 22 with her sites set on the nationals in later this summer in Pennsylvania.
