An arrest has been made in the 2013 murder of Felix DeJesus.

Deputy Police Chief Brian Foley says detectives arrested Rashad Moon, 22, of Hartford on one count of felony murder, one count of robbery in the first degree, and one count of conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree.

Moon is being held on a $1 million bond.

DeJesus, a Cromwell resident who was 39-years-old, had arranged to meet up with Moon via Craigslist.com to try and sell him tablets. He was shot on Allendale Street at approximately 8 p.m. on May 8, 2013.

Foley says the investigation is on-going. Moon is expected to appear in court tomorrow.
