Al talks with Carol Goodyear, an adoptee and vice president of the adoptee rights group Access Connecticut, and Holly Harlow, a woman who gave a baby up to adoption in 1975, about a new Connecticut law that grants adoptees access to their original birth certificates, allowing them to find their birth parents.
