The Middletown Police Department needs your help in locating a missing hospital patient.
His name is Pasquale Hodge, 45. He is described as a black male who stands 5’9 and we weighs 165 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a green shirt, jeans and a blue baseball cap.
His is known to walk with a limp and his last address was in Hamden.
Police say he is not a danger to the public. If you have any information about his disappearance you are asked to contact Middletown PD.
