Hazy, hot, and humid conditions are in place in advance of a front that will bring us storms Wednesday.

With a warm southerly flow, highs will reach 90 degrees in inland areas, with not much relief at the shore.

The storms arrive in the evening, and as the front begins to track through Connecticut some isolated storms may be strong.

Storms hang out with us until Thursday but then exit, bringing drier air in for Friday and the start of the weekend, with highs at seasonal levels–in the low to mid 80s.
