Lower income residents of a proposed condo building in New York City would be asked to enter and exit in a different place than the higher income residents according to a story in New York Magazine.
The upper West Side building, a 33-story luxury complex at 40 Riverside Drive, will have 219 condos facing the river and 55 units facing the street.
