The first 3 days of this week will feature seasonably warm temperatures with highs in the 80’s humid conditions(but not oppressive). showers and thunderstorms are in the forecast too, however many towns will not get one. But if you do they don’t move much and can leave lots of rain in a short period of time. Believe it or not by Friday and the weekend beautiful, pleasant weather.  No heat waves in sight. Tropical Storm Bertha will move well east of New England midweek
Today:  areas of fog early, otherwise becoming partly sunny, warm and humid isolated showers and thunderstorms(heavy downpours) this afternoon

Tuesday: Low clouds/fog to start, then becoming partly sunny, warm and humid with isolated showers and thunderstorms(heavy downpours)  in the afternoon…high 80-85
Wednesday: partly sunny with a scattered shower or thunderstorm……high 80-85
Thursday: mix sunshine and clouds, comfortable…can’t rule out a scattered shower or thunder shower(again most towns stay dry)…high 75-80
Friday/Saturday: Mostly sunny, delightful…high 80….. overnight lows 50’s
