The Stamford Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a mall robbery suspect.
The department confirms that a $27,000 ROLEX was stolen from the Sidney Thomas Jewelry shop at the Stamford Town Center mall on Saturday afternoon.
The surveillance video from the store shows a black male suspect in his early 50s get up out of a wheelchair and run out of the store with merchandise. The suspect was last seen wearing a blue suit and sunglasses.
The robbery occurred at 2:50 p.m.
