Small Tornado Hits Worcester

A small tornado cut a two-mile path through Worcester, with damaging winds of 85-miles-per hour.

That tornado struck shortly after 8 p.m. Sunday.

The National Weather Service confirmed the tornado after examining weather data and damage reports.

Sunday's storm uprooted trees, downed power lines, and damaged homes.

There were no reports of injuries.
