Pork Tenderloin with Black Fig Brown Butter Sauce
Sauce Instructions:
Heat butter on low until slightly brown, add figs (quartered), salt and pepper and simmer for 15 minutes.
Grill pork tenderloin 4 to 6 minutes per side. Serve with mashed potato with heavy cream and butter and pan roasted broccoli seasoned with salt and pepper. Slice and serve tenderloin topped with black fig brown butter sauce.
