It appears that this Sunday Derek Jeter will take his final at-bats against the Red Sox in Fenway Park.
The Yankees’ captain and shortstop will finish out his Hall of Fame career in Boston.
This is his 20th major-league season and he is hitting .254. Yankee manager Joe Girardi recently said he expects Jeter to play in all of the regular season games, but did not say if that would change if the Yankees are eliminated from playoff contention.
We can’t wait to see what gifts the Red Sox have for No. 2.
Fan or not, we want to know what you think of Jeter as an athlete and a player. How do you think he handled himself throughout his career?
