Another incident involving the etching of a swastika into a school surface occurred at Wilton High School on Tuesday evening.

Since the Sept.  incident, the school has been regularly checking common areas, lockers and bathrooms. The newest symbol was etched into the paint of a toilet stall in a third-floor boy’s bathroom.

The principal of Wilton High School, Robert William O’Donnell, sent a letter home to parents on Friday regarding the incident. The letter says that the school is working with the Wilton Police Department and the school’s student government as it investigates.

The letter also says that the social studies department is working on a curriculum to address the meaning and impact of swastikas for all grades, and the school is working with the Anti-Defamation League to devise strategies to deal with the multiple incidents.
