A shooting is under investigation in Hartford, according to Deputy Chief Foley. He tweeted about the shooting Friday just after noon.
Police say it happened at Garden at Nelson Streets. A 23-year-old male was shot in the ankle and transported to St. Francis Hospital.
He has non-life threatening injuries.
