Aaron Hernandez received some bad news in court today when his motion to suppress evidence taken from his cell phone was denied, according to Fox 25 News in Boston.
Hernandez’s defense team also unsuccessfully tried to get all evidence from his police interrogation on June 18. Both motions were connected to the case against Hernandez accusing him of killing Odin Lloyd in 2013.
However, Judge E. Susan Garsh did throw out a towel with DNA evidence that the prosecution had because it didn’t look like a towel found near Lloyd’s body.
