Thousands Turn Out For The Hartford Marathon

The NU Hartford Marathon brought large crowds to the capital city, even though most of Saturday morning saw rain.

About 15,000 runners took part in the marathon, half, and 5 K.

The winner was an American this year.  Matt Pelletier of Rhode completed the race in 2 hours, 17 seconds.

FOX CT’s Mike Magnoli spoke to other racers and filed this report.
