Tonight could be the coldest night of this fall season with a clear sky, calm wind and chilly temperatures as parts of Connecticut could be blanketed with the first frost of the season. In fact, there is a frost advisory in effect for Litchfield, Tolland and Windham Counties through early tomorrow morning.  Sunday will feature a beautiful fall day with plenty of sunshine and cool temperatures, as high pressure settles over the northeast.

Sunday will feature a beautiful fall day with plenty of sunshine and seasonably cool temperatures.  High pressure will attempt to hold off the rain as sunshine will greet you in the morning, with clouds rolling in during the afternoon hours.

A warm front could spread some light showers across our area Monday night into early Tuesday, followed by warmer air Tuesday afternoon, through Thursday.

A strong cold front will crash through Connecticut Thursday with showers, thunderstorms and heavy rain.  Seasonable weather returns to the region by Friday and next weekend.
