Doctors, nurses and hospital staff were on hand to cheer up the kids who were in the hospital for Halloween.
In an event called reverse trick-or-treating, the adults dressed up in costumes to deliver candy and treats to the children.
The annual tradition gives the kids a chance to trick or treat and enjoy some candy.
