HARTFORD–Fire crews rescued a man in his 20s Friday afternoon after he got stuck in a vent in the garage at Bushnell Park.
Police are investigating how the man ended up in the vent. A tenant called 911 about the incident after seeing feet sticking out of the vent.
The man had a few cuts and scrapes and was transported to the hospital.
