History will come alive in Boston next month as re-enactors will stage the Boston Tea Party 241 years after the fact.

On December 16, 1773, the colonists protested the taxes on tea and threw over 90,000 pounds of tea into Boston Harbor.

Next month, people from all over, including Connecticut, will stage the event again. Connecticut-based reenactors from West Hartford, Simsbury and Falls Village, CT will be participating.
