NEW HAVEN — The Federal Railroad Administration will host an open house meeting in New Haven, Monday, to start the conversation about the future of the Northeast Corridor.
The FRA will outline the NEC FUTRUE program, the Tier 1 EIS Alternatives, and the next steps in the environmental review process. It will present a Passenger Rail Corridor Investment Plan that will set a framework for future investment in the corridor through 2040.
The meeting is open to the public and gives people a chance to ask questions, and give feedback in an informal setting.
It is from 4 to 7pm at Gateway Community College.
