I was involved in an accident that was caused by being blinded by the glare of the sun.
My car was hit from behind and I cut my face and injured my back when I hit the steering wheel.
The collision also pushed me into the car in front of me even though I was stopped.
The question I have is why am I getting sued and will this effect my case?
