Connecticut 6 Classic was a thrilling event as one game went into 2OT

HAMDEN--Friday was a special night for six Connecticut NCAA Division I men's basketball teams--it was the annual Connecticut 6 Classic!

The event was held at the TD Bank Sports Center at Quinnipiac University.

In the first game, the  Fairfield University Stags beat the Central Connecticut State University Blue Devils 71-63.

The second came was a nail-biter between host Quinnipiac University Bobcats and the Yale University Bulldogs as the game went into double overtime. In the end, Quinnipiac was the victor, winning 88-85.

The third game paired up the University of Hartford Hawks and the Sacred Heart University Pioneers. Sacred Heart defeated UHartford 71-53.
