First snow of the season falls in Connecticut: Your pictures

HARTFORD– Connecticut residents awoke this morning to snow flakes for the first time this season.

Snow started falling late Thursday night in northern Connecticut.

Some areas in the northern regions of the state report three inches of snow has fallen this morning.

Fox CT meteorologist Joe Furey reports the following snowfall totals:

3.2 inches in Wolcott

3 inches in Burlington and Sherman

2.5 inches in Tolland
