Driver flees after striking a man with their vehicle

EAST WINDSOR — Police are searching for a driver involved in a hit and run that left a pedestrian injured on Friday night.

According to officials, the driver struck a man while he was pushing a bicycle on North Road near the Connecticut Trolley Museum around 9:45 p.m.

The driver of the vehicle fled the scene after the collision.

East Windsor Ambulance transported the victim to Hartford Hospital with unknown injuries.

Authorities are still looking for the driver and their vehicle. Anyone with further information is asked to call East Windsor Police at (860)-292-8240 ext. 338.
