GLASTONBURY--Making their second straight appearance in the Class LL Boys Soccer Final, the Glastonbury Tomahawks where looking to take the championship outright after being declared co-champions with Ridgefield last year in a game that ended 1-1.

Well, again this year, the Tomahawks took the game to double overtime, and although Freddy Clark scored the game-winning goal in the second overtime for Glastonbury, it was the outstanding plays by senior goal keeper Daniel Jennings that lead to victory.

Jennings only allowed two goals in the five playoff victories, which solidified the 2-1 double overtime victory for the Tomahawks and earned Glastonbury the Class LL State Championship.
