Consumer Reports released its annual “Naughty and Nice” report, listing which businesses deserve your business, and which businesses consumers should avoid.

On the nice side? CVS Pharmacies, Jet Blue Airlines and Discover Credit Card all are said to have friendly policies and practices.

And the companies who will be getting coal in their stockings this year? Victoria’s Secret and Overstock.com are considered scrooges for selling damaged merchandise and having bad return policies.

And some companies are working a fine line between naughty and nice–while Spirit Airlines has low fares, which appeases customers, but the company is said to nickle and dime customers for everything else after the tickets.
