HARTFORD – An early morning crash made a rainy ride in more challenging for commuters on I-91 North.
A tractor trailer crashed into the median near the Capital Area exit around 4:40 a.m. spilling fuel and spreading debris on the highway.
Traffic was backed up into Rocky Hill at one point as crews worked to clear the highway. There were no reported injuries.
