HAMDEN–All three suspects have now been arrested after a violent home invasion in October.

A 30-year-old man was assaulted in his home after bringing a girl he met on a dating website back to his apartment. While the two were in the victim’s bedroom, two other people entered the home and beat him with a tire iron.

Nazhia Carter, 19, of New Haven, was arrested on Nov. 13 on charges of home invasion, larceny in the  third degree and prostitution. She was held on a $200,000 bond.

On Dec. 18 police arrested Julian Foster, 24, of New Haven, who is accused of being one of the two men who entered the home and beat the victim. He jumped off the balcony at the room, falling 25 to 30 feet. Foster was charged with home invasion, conspiracy to commit home invasion, robbery in the first degree, conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree, assault in the second degree, conspiracy to commit assault in the second degree, threatening in the first degree and conspiracy to commit threatening in the first degree. He is being held on a $350,000 bond.

On Dec. 23 Hamden Police arrested a 15-year-old New Haven resident for her involvement in the home invasion. She was charged with conspiracy to commit robbery in the second degree and is being held at the Hartford Juvenile Detention Center.
