Man arrested after disturbance at the Elbow Room

WEST HARTFORD — Police arrested a man after he caused a disturbance at the Elbow Room on Saturday morning.

Officers responded to the Elbow Room on Farmington Avenue around 1:45 a.m. for a report of a man “trying to fight with everyone inside”. Officers found Edward Miller, 21, of Hartford lying down on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant.

According to police, Miller was disruptive and was resisting.

Officers detained Miller in the back seat of a nearby cruiser. While in the cruiser, Miller kicked out the right rear window.

Police had to transport Miller in a prisoner van after the damage he caused to the cruiser.

Miller is charged with criminal mischief and breach of peace.
