HARTFORD – As the snow continued to fall Tuesday morning the state’s travel ban remained in place.

Not many cars were spotted on I 84 in Hartford, though DOT snow plows and city snow plows tried to get ahead of the storm and clean roads. Strong winds carried snow as it fell and once it was on the ground.

Snow drifts are spotted lining roads and parking lots in Hartford. Governor Dannel Malloy will give a storm update at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
