NORWALK – Seals at the Maritime Aquarium don’t have the best record in picking Super Bowl winners, but they are giving it another shot.

Polly, who is 27-years-old, picked the Seattle Seahawks to win the game on Sunday. But take it with a grain of salt as the seals at the Aquarium have been wrong three years running.

Polly leaps out of the water and given three chances to touch suspended pennants representing the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks.

The Aquarium said the seals had picked New England, San Francisco and Denver in previous years.

Polly was born at Mystic Aquarium and came to Norwalk in 1994. The aquarium said she prefers baseball over football, with her favorite players being Mike Trout and Hall of Famer “Catfish” Hunter.
