BRISTOL-An investigation at Seymour Park originally had police calling a man’s death suspicious.
Police were dispatched to Sarge Reilly Field on Shrub Road around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. Officers found a man dead, sitting in a parked car.
The Criminal Investigation Division were on scene for several hours and called in State Police’s Western District’s Major Crime Unit to assist with processing the scene.
Bristol Police were also in front of a house on Round Hill Road for another investigation. Police would not confirm if the two investigations are related.
The Chief State Medical Examiner ruled the death a suicide.
