LOS ANGELES – FOX and the Television Academy made a joint announcement on Wednesday, Feb. 4 that the 67th Primetime Emmy® Awards will return to FOX, live on Sunday, Sept. 20. The event, held at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles, will air coast-to-coast 8-11 p.m. ET.
Very little is known so far about this year’s Emmy Awards, which recognize excellence in the different areas of television and emerging media. To win a Primetime Emmy Award is one of the highest honors in television, as it is a symbol of peer recognition from more than 17,500 voting members of the Television Academy.
Host(s) and producers for the 67th PRIMETIME EMMY® AWARDS will be announced soon, as well as nominees.
