She was surrendered to a local pound after many nuisance complaints. Her problem was a mismatch, well-intended owners, but no match for a young, strong, energetic Lab. She had no rules and boundaries, and made some bad choices; they couldn’t handle her and she was relegated to a crate.
Now she’s with us, and very quick and eager to learn right from wrong, self-restraint, and good manners. She gets exercise, training, and playtime, and she is thriving. She has learned how to be a proper dog, playing with toys, walks great on the leash, great in the car, good with other dogs.
Her best home will be active with lots of hiking, trips to the water to swim, dog park, etc.
But experience is the key; she’ll need a home with dog experience and good leadership.
