A break, albeit a brief one , for the next few  days, allowing us to dig out from Monday’s snow. Clouds start the day, but sunshine emerges and helps move temps up to near 30 degrees. Wednesday is quiet and cold as well, with highs in the 20s. Then, we wait and wonder about a clipper approaching from the Northwest. This storm has the potential to bring us a lot of snow as it picks up energy offshore, taking a similar track to the blizzard from two weeks ago. This would be a factor for Thursday into Friday, and it has the potential to bring us several inches of snow. We'll watch it closely.

Tuesday: Partly sunny, pleasant with high around 30.

Wednesday: Partly sunny, high around 25.

Thursday: More snow is expected, developing during the mid-day and afternoon hours. Snow all night Thursday into Friday. High: 20s.

Friday: Snow in the morning, then gradually clearing. Becoming blustery and bitterly cold. High: teens.

Saturday: Mostly sunny. High: 12.

Sunday: Brutally cold. Highs: 5-10.
