HARTFORD–State Police made an arrest after the computer crimes unit started investigating a child pornography video.
In October 2014 a video of suspected child porn was shared on the Internet from an account originating from the home of Heriberto Colon, 35, of Hartford. In December a search and seizure warrant was executed at his home and computers were seized, leading detectives to find the suspected child porn files.
Colon was arrested on Wednesday and charged with promoting a minor in obscene performance and illegal possession of child porn in the first degree. Bond was set at $150,000.
