Governor Malloy is putting a spotlight on Connecticut’s prison system with his recent reform proposals, which include sentence reduction for non-violent offenders.  The Governor’s Undersecretary for Criminal Justice Police and Planning, Mike Lawlor, joins Al Terzi and Jenn Bernstein to discuss details of the Governor’s plans.
