The condo I rent got so much snow that the snow removal company ran out of places to put it. They asked the condo assoc for money for a dump truck and front loader to haul the snow away. The condo association said "no", and to move it to a parking spot. But they put all the snow around the only dumpster that I have to take trash too. An icy path surrounding the dumpster was created by all the condo tenants putting out their trash.
I fell while trying to take my garbage out and fractured my leg. Who is responsible ?
