BIRMINGHAM, U.K.–It broke the Internet one week ago, and now the retailer who designed #thedress is looking to help those less fortunate.

Roman Originals has created an actual white and gold dress and is auctioning it off on eBay to raise money for Comic Relief, a British charity that drives positive change in the world through entertainment. J.K. Rowling, the author of “Harry Potter,” donated all proceeds from her books “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” and “Quidditch Through The Ages” to the charity.

The design team at Roman Original, headed by Michele Bastock, created the dress as the controversy brewed last weekend. A photo shoot with the white and gold dress was taken with Laura Coleman, the former Miss England, modeling.

If you win the bid–the bidding process ends on March 14 and is currently at 540 pounds, or about $823–the dress will be tailor made for your size, according to the eBay page.
