Restaurant owners are upset over legislation to substantially increase wages of their employees who work for tips.  They warn it could put smaller restaurants out of business and mean job cuts to others.  The Executive Director of the Connecticut Restaurant Association, Nicole Griffin, and the Co-Owner of Chicago Sam’s, George Colli, discuss their concerns on The Real Story.
