Clouds are in place and rain is on the way – showers aren’t too serious tonight, but they’ll be steady. With temperatures well above freezing, this is a rain event and nothing more.

Don’t get used to that, because cooler air is moving back in for Thursday onward, with highs in the 40s.

We’re still watching for the potential for a sloppy storm late Friday and into all of Saturday, with rain and a wintry mix possible. But don’t worry, even if it does impact the St. Patty's Day Parade you can watch it on Fox CT!

So will the rain linger into Sunday? Stay tuned…
